In order to save you time, we recommend that all new clients fill out an online intake form & consent prior to their appointment. It will be emailed to you when treatment or consult is booked.

If you are unable to do so, the form is available here at Amoura Cosmetic Clinic, however, please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the information in advance.

Clients are sent a reminder notification 48 hours prior to their appointment via Email or SMS. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 Hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Cancellations made by phone are preferred. Voicemails or emails can also be sent within this time as well. Any missed appointments without a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

All treatments are non-refundable including Gift Cards.

Unopened/unused products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days, however, all opened or used products are non-refundable.
